Here is my take on the changing trendline for universities’ reporting of their incoming freshmen’s preference for SAT over ACT scores:
We are purusing classical education.
Just want to share my observation.
As you know many colleges (including Harvard) have dropped SAT/ACT tests from their admission requirements.
Many are worried, but you should be very delighted.
Why?
These schools just extend their unseasonal diplomatic sympathy to those groaning about the disadvantage caused by the pandemic.
However, the sympathy does not imply a favor.
So, do they wish to recruit the tortoise instead of the hare just because of the pandemic?
Is that what they are interested? Absolutely absurd!
