Dr. Li's college admissions service was very useful for providing me guidance on essays and constructing my personal narrative. The staff that worked with me was incredibly helpful in giving me ideas for essays and showing my best and authentic self to the admissions officers. Before the early application deadline, we focused heavily on the CommonApp personal essay. 

Mr. Li helped me sift through my current extracurriculars and also dig deeper into childhood memories to construct a moving CommonApp essay that weaves together my past and my future aspirations. He also suggested that I take the MCAT to support my aspirations of medical school, and this experience was a cornerstone of many prompts/essays in the colleges I applied to. 

After submitting my early applications, I had an opportunity to meet with Dr. Thomson to prepare my most personable self for the interview process, which was a another crucial part of my application to show who I am beyond the stats, activities and essays attached to my name. Throughout the application process, I was always able to request personalized calls, coaching sessions, and essay revisions to refine my unique style and voice. All of this greatly contributed to my admission to universities such as Cornell and CMU.
